Rodney Ikeda is a partner at Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, he is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee and a member of its Real Estate Group.
With over 3,000 units closed or in various stages of construction or development, Rodney brings a particular expertise to condominium projects, from initial conception to completion. Whether it be a small townhouse development, or a multi-phase, high-rise project, a standard condominium or one of the specialty forms of condominium, new construction or conversion, his experience spans the gamut. He is adept at finding creative solutions to the complex issues associated with condominium development.
From acting for a borrower or lender in multi-property project financing, to purchasing and selling commercial and residential properties, Rodney has been involved in all aspects of real estate transactions.
He has appeared before municipal committees and has worked with planners and other consultants to guide his clients through the municipal planning approval process.
On January 31st, 2018, Rodney was inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD). The BILD Hall of Fame recognizes the unique historical role which certain individuals have played in making outstanding and lasting contributions to the industry and/or the Association at the local level.
A prolific author and instructor, Rodney has led numerous continuing education seminars for legal practitioners as well as real estate professionals.
