Strata Parks – Paul Ferris

Paul will give a comprehensive look at the meticulous preparation and planning that goes into the site selection and development of stratification parks. Touching on many issues including: how to optimize the use of the limited space in the city to accommodate parks, expenses and development hurdles around features being build under said parks i.e underground parking, and the ecological considerations when planting around buildings. Paul will also touch on the functions of strata parks including, easements, irrigation, and the responsibilities around maintenance.
