As the Vice President of Construction for Collecdev, Jennifer Burstein brings a wealth of knowledge, with almost two decades of experience managing high-rise residential projects across the GTA.
Jennifer aims to leverage her exposure working with some of Toronto’s largest construction firms, to manage the construction of Collecdev’s many high-rise residential developments across the GTA. Overseeing the Collecdev construction division from pre-construction through to project completion, ultimately ensuring a quality product is delivered for purchasers to call home. Notable projects include Westwood Gardens, Tretti Condos, Nordic Condos, Trump International Hotel & Tower, 100 & 80 Yorkville, The Heathview, Emerald City & Concord Adex Condos.
Jennifer is equipped with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McMaster University, is a Gold Seal Certified (GSC) professional and takes pride in being accountable for overall project performance, promoting a transparent and close relationship with all stakeholders, including supervisors, trades, suppliers, consulting teams and purchasers. Her leadership role in managing a high-performing team, secures the ability for successful completion.
Jennifer will play an integral role in the continual growth of Collecdev, by championing an integrated approach throughout the construction process and showing a commitment to being at the forefront of innovation, advanced sustainable engineering, excellence in construction, meticulous attention to detail, and uncompromising standards of quality.
