Unlocking Unusable Sites: What You Need to Know to Develop Near Railways - Jonathan Hendricks
There are 200 kilometres of railway infrastructure within the City of Toronto. Developing a site within 300 metres of any of that infrastructure includes a series of safety requirements and risk mitigation measures not applicable to other types of projects.
